Stretching the Legs — Annapolis

There was very little turn over in moorings as the 2nd rolled into the 3rd. We went ashore for a relaxed lunch at Carrol’s Creek. They did very well by the scallops, crab, and rock fish. We picked up some boat canvas and sewing supplies on the way back.

An upper level low threatened showers so we curtailed our out and about. The rain then went north and south of us. This pattern of Lows running along the stalled jet stream has a 20% chance of showers in the forecast almost daily. Such is the uncertainty they generate.

I took advantage of the cool to rearrange our anchor locker and get some weight out of the bow. As the sun went down, we were entertained by the 257th Army Band from DC (on the town dock). Very Good.
