Once upon a Equinox Dreary…

With, super-moon behind us and a day or two of warm zephyrs notwithstanding, the North Atlantic Oscillation appears to be serving up a cold Spring 2011 for the Eastern Seaboard. Temps 5-15° F below norms may result.

NOAA’s Ensemble Models look like this↓, But there are interpretations which take the chill well into April.
