28 April 2013, Powell Cay
Last night turned lumpy, as the swell came from a bit more to the south and the sandbar extending south of Powell only offers protection between mid-tide falling and mid-tide rising. This morning we repositioned ourselves closer to shore and farther west. The swells are still with us, but they are longer and lower. With more clocking farther south, Powell may not be comfortable in a few days (hours?), and we will start looking for someplace else to put between us and the wind. Chicken with yogurt-curry sauce, brown rice and sabsi-style spinach for dinner.
